Hi and welcome to my website. I've enjoyed the blessing and privilege of living in the greater Frederick Maryland area since 1965. I was born in Hagerstown Maryland in 1961 and by the time I was three my parents had settled in Frederick County where my father taught in public schools for well over 30 years. My mother was a teacher at Maryland School for the Deaf during the 60s-80s and through both of them I became very familiar with the area during my youth.
I attended North Frederick and Waverley Elementary Schools and graduated from both Thomas Johnson and Frederick Community College. I have watched Frederick grow from a one theater town to the outstanding modern community that it is today and I'm very proud of that heritage.
I am a graduate of the Omega Studios School of Recording Arts and Sciences as well as a master electrician, the experience of which has allowed me to develop an understanding of the physical aspect of homes beyond that of most real estate professionals. I know my way around the county and its functions and if any aspect of your transaction goes beyond my level of expertise you can rest assured that I have professionals on board who can get answers and results in a timely fashion.
I am a member of the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce, the Frederick County Association of Realtors, the Maryland Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I love to take long trips by motorcycle. I enjoy fishing, gardening, golf and being outdoors whenever possible. I played guitar and sang professionally part-time for nearly thirty years, as did my wife. We now pretty much limit that activity to causes that are non-profit and those that make us happy. I spend as much time with my grandkids as possible and the rest of my time devoted to providing real estate service that is second to none.
Please feel free to contact me if you ever have any questions regarding our area. I put your satisfaction above all else and I'm never too busy for your referrals!
